摘要
探讨了各种羧酸铝盐填充的顺丁橡胶的力学性能,发现甲基丙烯酸铝及丙烯酸铝具有较明显的补强作用。作者通过应力-应变曲线的解析以及平衡溶胀、萃取实验对这类体系的补强机理进行了研究。
The reinforcing effects of various Aluminum carboxylates on cis-polybutadiene vulcani-zates were investigated. It was found that the reinforcing effects of Aluminum methacrylate and acrylate were notable. The tensile strength of valcanizate compounded with the amount of 20 phr. Aluminum methacrylate was five and a half times greater than those of blank samples. From the analysis of the Mooney-Rivlin plots, swelling and extraction measurement, the mechanizm of the action on these reactive Aluminum carboxylates were discussed.
