摘要
用α-甲基苯乙烯与苯乙烯和丙烯腈在羟基磷酸钙-SMA钠盐复合分散体系中进行悬浮共聚合反应,制备出α-甲基苯乙烯/苯乙烯/丙烯腈共聚物。介绍了羟基磷酸钙-SMA钠盐复合分散剂的分散与稳定作用,并就各组分及聚合条件对所得共聚物性能的影响进行了探讨。
A new copolymer have been synthesized by suspension copolymerization of α-methylstyrene, styreue and acrylonitrile using the hydroxy calcium phosphate-SMA Na salt compound dispersing agent.The effect of α-methylstyrene, styrene and acrylonitrile comonomers amounts and polymerizing condition on the copolymer properties have been investigated.Action of the hydroxy calcium phosphate compound dispersing agent in suspension copolymerization was also introduced.Additionally, the composition and Tg of the copolymer were demonstrated by the GPC and DSC respectively.
