摘要
描述了水力旋流器性能的评价指标,运用流体力学的流场模拟和油滴的模拟技术,从理论上计算旋流器的流量-效率曲线、流量-压降曲线及粒径-效率曲线,并与实验数据做比较,得出结论:(1)理论计算结果与实测值的关系曲线变化趋势一致,因此可以采用流场模拟的方法预测旋流器的分离性能;(2)利用流量-压降曲线和流量-效率曲线可确定单根旋流管的处理能力及处理效果,相应得到并联旋流管的根数,或根据分离要求及系统所能提供的能量得到处理能力;(3)采用粒径-效率曲线可预测等概率粒径的大小,从而为是否对来液采取处理措施提供依据;(4)利用流场数值模拟方法预测旋流器的性能,可节省投资并缩短开发周期。
s The assessment indexes for the performance of deoiling hydrocyclone are described. The flow-pressure drop curve flow-separation efficiency curve and gradation-efficiency curve of the hydrocyclone are obtained by means of numerical simulation of flow field and they are compared with the experimental data. The following conclusions are drawn 1 the relation curve from theoretical calculation has the same variation tendency as that from actual measurement therefore the separation performance of the hydrocyclone can be predicted by means of flow field simulation 2 the flow-pressure drop curve and flow-efficiency curve can be used to work out the handling capacity of the hydrocyclone 3 the gradation-efficiency curve can be used for predicting the equiprobable grains size so as to decide whether or not treating the fluid separated 4 the above performance prediction method can save investment and shorten development period of the deoiling hydrocyclone.
