摘要 描述了水力旋流器性能的评价指标,运用流体力学的流场模拟和油滴的模拟技术,从理论上计算旋流器的流量-效率曲线、流量-压降曲线及粒径-效率曲线,并与实验数据做比较,得出结论:(1)理论计算结果与实测值的关系曲线变化趋势一致,因此可以采用流场模拟的方法预测旋流器的分离性能;(2)利用流量-压降曲线和流量-效率曲线可确定单根旋流管的处理能力及处理效果,相应得到并联旋流管的根数,或根据分离要求及系统所能提供的能量得到处理能力;(3)采用粒径-效率曲线可预测等概率粒径的大小,从而为是否对来液采取处理措施提供依据;(4)利用流场数值模拟方法预测旋流器的性能,可节省投资并缩短开发周期。 s The assessment indexes for the performance of deoiling hydrocyclone are described. The flow-pressure drop curve flow-separation efficiency curve and gradation-efficiency curve of the hydrocyclone are obtained by means of numerical simulation of flow field and they are compared with the experimental data. The following conclusions are drawn 1 the relation curve from theoretical calculation has the same variation tendency as that from actual measurement therefore the separation performance of the hydrocyclone can be predicted by means of flow field simulation 2 the flow-pressure drop curve and flow-efficiency curve can be used to work out the handling capacity of the hydrocyclone 3 the gradation-efficiency curve can be used for predicting the equiprobable grains size so as to decide whether or not treating the fluid separated 4 the above performance prediction method can save investment and shorten development period of the deoiling hydrocyclone.
