联动抽油机组是将多台抽油机用一根动力轴连接而成的一种用于丛式井抽油的新型采油装置。这种机组由驱动电动机、胶带轮、支架轴、离合器、万向轴、传动链、游梁式抽油机、测试仪、显示报警装置和计算机等组成。由于采取了联动,下冲程时抽油杆柱及抽油机杆件所积蓄的势能都传到动力轴带动各台抽油机运行,使扭矩曲线水平轴以下的负值得以消除,即在下冲程时形成的无用功全部转换成动力做功。运行试验证实,联动抽油机组载荷波动小,运行平稳,输电线路损耗低,有功节电率约43%,综合节电率约72%。
s To improve the efficiency of beam pumping units for cluster wells production a new structure of compound drive beam pumping units is developed. The pumping units on cluster wells are connected in series with one power shaft to realize combined operation. A motor mounted beside the cluster wells drives the pumping units. Chain wheels are fixed on every gear reducers instead of the big belt pulleys. Power from the electric motor is transferred to the gear reducers through the gear clutches and chain wheels on the power shaft. In the course of down stroke the potential energy accumulated by the rod string and pumping unit components is transferred to the power shaft to drive the units resulting in elimination of the negative values of the torque curve. Actual operation shows that the new oil production arrangement runs smoothly with low energy consumption namely 72% power energy being saved in total compared with that of single beam pumping unit.
