CYY344系列高压酸化压裂封隔器

A new packer series for high－pressure acid fracturing operation．

为满足四川油气田高温高压高含硫高腐蚀深井、超深井压裂酸化的需要，在川773和753型等旧型封隔器的基础上，研制成功了CYY344系列高压酸化压裂封隔器。这种封隔器采用液压坐封，泄压自动解封；胶筒密封间隙大，适用套管范围广，因采用专门研制的高性能胶料制成，可满足反复多次坐封和解封的需要；选用尺寸大于胶筒的钢体，下井过程中能有效地保护胶筒；配有专用水力锚和节流启动器作为锚定和辅助坐封机构。封隔器投入使用以来，已有200井次用于单层压裂酸化、卡层酸化和找串漏层段修井作业，施工成功率为98%～100%。为确保施工的成功，封隔器下井前必须刮管和通井。

s CYY344 series packers are developed to meet the need of high－pressure acid fracturing operation in corrosive deep wells and ultra deep wells． The new packers have the advantages of good sealing high corrosion resistance and reliable performance and they can be set and released repeatedly as needed． The working principle and design features of the packers are described and their application is introduced． Use in more than 200 wells shows that the success rate of operation of the packers reaches 98％100％．
