摘要
针对油田开发后期套变井增多，常规分注工艺采用的Y341—114型封隔器不能满足套变井分注的难题，研制开发了ZYY341—110小直径封隔器。这是一种水力机械压缩式封隔器，适用于套管变形后内通径大于110mm的井的分注卡漏，结构简单，组装试压方便，设计有平衡机构、锁紧机构，后坐距为零，密封可靠。21口井的分注试验表明，封隔器现场施工成功率达到100%，密封性好，有效期长，平均有效期为294天，最长的已达到387天。该型封隔器现已在中原油田采油三厂套变井的分注卡漏中全面推广应用。
s Model ZYY341－110 small－diameter packer is developed to solve the problems with the separate zone water injection in casing deformation wells in Zhongyuan Oilfield． Provided with a balancing mechanism and locking mechanism the packer is suitable for use in separate injection wells with an ID of over 110mm． Separate injection in 21 wells proves the success rate of on－site operation of the packer reaches 100％ and its mean service life is up to 294 days．
