基于GO法的电子控制变高度空气悬架系统可靠性研究 被引量:1

摘要 GO法是一种可靠性分析方法,首次将GO法应用到汽车电子控制变高度空气悬架的可靠性研究中。根据电子控制变高度空气悬架的原理,分别建立三种车身高度变化状态的GO图模型,采用GO法状态概率公式进行精确的定量和定性分析,结果验证GO法应用于汽车电控空气悬架可靠性分析中的有效性和可行性,并提出增加系统可靠性的建议。 Go method is a method of reliability analyses, it is the first time that the reliability research on vehicle electronic air suspension system with changing height has been introduced. Based on the principle of vehicle electronic air suspension with changing height, three kinds of body height state are built with GO charts separately. The state probability formula of Go method adopted,qualitative analyses and accurate quantitative analyses can be conducted. According to the results, it is available and feasible to introduce GO method into vehicle electronic air suspension system with changing height, and the proposal of increasing system reliability is suggested.
