摘要
为改进ZSM-5分子筛催化性能以满足甲醇制丙烯(MTP)工业生产的要求,对ZSM-5分子筛进行了P、Ce、Mg改性,同时对改性后的ZSM-5催化剂分别进行水热、空气预处理,改变催化剂的不同酸性位的酸性强度,从而优化了ZSM-5催化剂的丙烯选择性和丙烯/乙烯质量比,并提高其寿命。
In order to improve the performance of the ZSM-5 zeolite catalyst to meet the requirement of commercial application in methanol to propylene (MTP), the ZSM-5 zeolite catalyst was modified by P, Ce and Mg and then was processed by hydrothermal pretreatment and air pretreatment to change the acidity strength of its different acid sites, that resulted in the increase of the selectivity to propylene, the ratio of propylene to ethylene and the catalyst life.
