摘要
在间歇反应器中考察了不同金属氧化物在尿素与甲醇合成碳酸二甲酯反应中的催化作用。结果表明,相同反应条件下,金属氧化物催化活性依次为:ZnO>MgO>CaO>ZrO2>La2O3>PbO。在ZnO催化剂上尿素醇解合成碳酸二甲酯的最佳反应条件为:反应温度为170℃,反应时间6h,n(甲醇)/n(尿素)为15/1,ZnO催化剂用量占体系总质量6%,此时碳酸二甲酯收率可达4.2%。
The catalysis of different metal oxides for synthesis of dimethyl carbonate from urea and methanol was investigated in a batch reactor. Experimental resuhs showed that under the same reaction conditions, the activity order of these catalysts were: ZnO〉 MgO〉CaO〉ZrO,〉La,O3〉PbO. The optimal conditions for the reaction over ZnO were as follows: reaction temperature of 170%, reaction time of 6 hours, methanol/urea molar ratio of 15 and ZnO catalyst mass fraction of 6%, and dimethyl carbonate yield could reach 4.2% at above conditions.
