摘要
旋转填料床的气相压降是衡量设备性能的一项重要指标。利用空气-水体系,在转速0 r/min^1300 r/min,气量200 m3/h^1110 m3/h,液量0 m3/h^7 m3/h范围内,对错流旋转填料床的气相压降进行中试实验研究。结果表明:旋转填料床的干床压降随着气量和转速的增大而增大;湿床压降随着气量的增大而增大,在小气量或小液量条件下也随着转速的增大而增大,但在大气量、大液量条件下则随着转速的增大先降低后升高;当高转速、低气量时,会出现短暂的旋转填料床干床压降大于湿床压降的现象,其他条件下,湿床压降大于干床压降;错流旋转填料床未发生液泛现象。
The gas pressure drop of rotating packed bed (RPB) was an important indicator for evaluating RPB's performance. The gas pressure drop of a cross-flow RPB was studied experimentally using a pilot plant with air-water system under the conditions of rotating speed from 0 to 1 300r/min, gas flow rate from 200m3/h to I 100m3/h and liquid flow rate from 0 to 7m3/h. The results showed that the pressure drop of dry bed increased with the increase of gas flow rate and rotating speed, while that of et bed was the same except for under large gas and liquid flow rates in which the pressure drop decreased firsdy, then increased with the increase of the rotating speed. The pressure drop of wet bed was always greater than that of dry bed except a short time under high rotating speed and low gas flow rate. The flooding didn't occur in the cross-flow RPB .
