高压天然气做原料对甲醇装置生产运行的影响分析

对四川维尼纶厂甲醇装置原料天然气由低压气改为高压气后,原料中的硫含量和原料气进口温度降低对装置运行的影响进行了分析,在此基础上提出了装置硫含量与原料气温度控制指标。

Effects of the sulfur content and the inlet temperature decrease of feed natural gas on production operation of the methanol plant of Sichuan Vinylon Works after the feedstock was shifted from low-pressure gas to high-pressure gas were analyzed, based on which the eonol indexes of sulfur content and temperature for the high pressure feedstock natural gas were put forward.
