甲苯甲醇催化烷基化制对二甲苯技术研究进展 被引量:13

摘要 综述了甲苯甲醇烷基化制备对二甲苯的研究进展,包括择形催化机理、催化剂和工艺技术。指出该技术的关键是开发活性高、选择性和稳定性好的催化剂以及改进工艺技术。对二甲苯和低碳烯烃联产的甲苯甲醇烷基化创新技术有较好前景。 Recent research advances in alkylation of toluene with methanol to para-xylene (PX) were summarized, including shape-selective catalytic mechanism, catalysts and process technologies. It was pointed that the key to commercial application for the technology of toluene alkylation with methanol to PX is to develop the catalysts with high activity, selectivity and stability, and and impove the process. The innovative process of PX and olefins coproduction in alkylation of toluene would have a bright future.
