环磷酸腺苷在肿瘤临床治疗中的应用研究进展

The research progress on the clinical treatment of tumor using cyclic adenosine monophosphate( cAMP)

环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)作为信号转导系统的成分,能够参与细胞的生命过程和功能调节,具有调节细胞增殖与分化的功能性质。cAMP对肿瘤细胞的诱导分化作用,在肿瘤的治疗和预防中有着重要的作用。本文回顾了近10余年的有关文献,论述了cAMP的含量与肿瘤的关系,cAMP对肿瘤细胞抑制作用的机制,以及在临床研究中cAMP对肿瘤作用的研究进展。

Cyclic adenosine monophosphate （cAMP） as a component in signal transduction system, can participate in the life processes and functional regulation of cells, and has the function of regulating the proliferation and differentiation of cells. The in- duced differentiation effect of cAMP on tumor cells plays an important role in the treatment and prevention of tumors. This article reviewed a number of relevant Literature of the past decade first, and then discussed the relationship between cAMP content and tumor, the inhibition mechanism of cAMP on tumor cells, as well as the research progress of cAMP on tumor in clinical studies.
