摘要
目的评价彩色多普勒超声对原发性肝癌检查的准确性。方法将84例原发性肝癌患者的术前超声检查结果与术后病理解剖结果对照分析。结果分化程度不同的肝癌回声结构不同,肝细胞性肝癌的超声边界清晰率高于混合型和胆管细胞性肝癌。结论彩色多普勒超声对于原发性肝癌与病理检测具有一定的相关性,但其准确性有待于进一步提高。
Objective To investigate the relationships between ultrasound echo and pathologic characteristics of hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods A total of 84 patients were examined by ul- trasound. After confirmed by pathology, their echo level and corresponding pathologic changes were analyzed.Results With the increasing of the degree of malignancy, the low echo level had the trend of decreasing; while the mixed level had the trend of increasing. The high echo level was the most in HCCs; both high and low differentiation hepatocellular carcinoma showed mostly low echo levels.Conclusion The echo level of hepatocellular carcinoma was affected by its differentiation.
