摘要
目的 探讨个性化护理对提高风湿免疫科患者满意度的作用.方法 选取2012年2~10月收治的400例风湿免疫科住院患者,采用随机抽样原则分为实验组和对照组.对照组入院后采用常规优质护理服务,实验组在入院后发放个性化需求调查表,住院期间按照其需求提供个性化护理服务.结果 对照组200例的满意度为:非常满意147例,满意43例,不满意10例;实验组的满意度为:非常满意188例,满意10例,不满意2例.两组满意度比较,具有显著性差异(P<0.05).结论 个性化护理对提高风湿免疫科患者护理工作的满意度起到了显著作用,值得推广.
Objective To investigate individualized nursing in improving satisfaction of patients suffering from rheumatism.Methods 400 patients hospitalized from February to October in 2012 were selected and divided into experiment group and control group. For the former, question- naires about their needs were given so as to provide individualized nursing. While for the latter, routine care is administer.Results Of the 200 patients in control group, 147 were very satisfied with the routine care,43 patients satisfied, 10 patients unsatisfied. However, 188 patients were very satisfied,10 patients satisfied, and 2 patients unsatisfied in the experiment group. It has been proved that there were significant differences between the two groups (P〈0.05).Conclusion In view of the satisfactory clinical effects of individualized nursing, it is worthy of wider application.
