赖氨葡锌辅助治疗伴发肺外损害小儿支原体肺炎的疗效观察

An Observation on the Effects of Adjuvant Therapy with Lysine and Zinc Granules on Children with Mycoplasma Pneumonia Accompanied with Extra-pulmonary Manifestations

目的探索赖氨葡锌辅助治疗伴发肺外损害小儿支原体肺炎的疗效。方法 76例小儿支原体肺炎并发肺外损害的患儿随机分为常规组和治疗组,常规组给予阿奇霉素治疗,治疗组在常规组基础上辅以赖氨葡锌,比较两组患儿治愈时间,观察结束时对血清免疫球蛋白进行检测。结果治疗组平均治愈时间明显短于常规组(P<0.01)。在治疗结束时检测血清IgG比较两组差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论赖氨葡锌辅助阿奇霉素治疗有助于缩短疗程,其机理可能与锌制剂调节免疫有关。

Objective To investigate the effects of the adjuvant therapy with lysine and zinc granules on children with mycoplasma pneumonia accompanied with extra-pulmonary manifes- tations.Methods Children diagnosed with mycoplasma pneumonia accompanied with extra-pul- monary manifestations were treated with Azithromycin alone or in combination with lysine and zinc granules. Clinical cure was defined as lack of symptoms, serum mycoplamsa pneumoniae IgM at〈1： 40, and nearly clearance on chest X-ray. All patients were also tested for serum immunoglobin. Results Of 76 cases with complete clinical and serological data, 36 received lysine and zinc granules as an adjuvant therapy and were cured in 19.9±2.6 days of treatment, signifi- cantly shorter that those treated with Azihtromycin alone （28.6±2.9 days,n=40,P〈0.01）. The adjuvant group also achieved a higher serum IgG level at the endpoint of the study.Cenclusien The adjuvant therapy with lysine and zinc granules in addition to Azithromycin may shorten the treatment course through immunomodulation by zinc.
