儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征2例

摘要 儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征（OSAS）目前仍不被儿科医师重视,若不及时正确诊断和治疗,对儿童健康危害较大.我科收治了两例儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合症患儿,报道如下： 1 临床资料 病例1：男性患儿,5岁3月,因打鼾2年余、咳嗽20d、加重一周入院.患儿3岁后体质量增加明显,睡眠后打鼾,20d来,患儿出现咳嗽咳痰,夜间鼾症加重、颜面发绀、头面部大汗,白天述头痛,精神差,嗜睡.
