摘要
用改良型Bruss膜渗透汁,快速、简便地测量了几种再生纤维素多孔膜平均孔半径_,实验结果与文献报导十分吻合。同时研究了平均孔径1~100nm该类膜的孔隙率、溶剂渗透性和耐溶剂性。
In this work it was made to present a simple flow rate method for measuring the mea pore radius rf of. porous regenerated cellulose membranes by using improved Bruss osmometer. The rf was calculated as following;were η is the viscosity of solvent, d the thickness of the membrane, p, the porosity, S theeffective area of a membrane, △Pi and( dV/dt )1 the pressure and flow rate of liquid in themeasuring capillary respectively. The experimental results of the mean pore diameters 2 rf for the regenerated cellulose membranes agreed well with the values repored in the literature. The data obtained by the scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were compared with them. In addition, the porosity, the solvent permeability and solute rejiction for the test membranes ( 1 < 2 rf<100nm) were studied. The order of the permeability for solvents through the membrane is acetone>THF>toluene>methanol>ethanol>DMF>water > isopropanol > n-butanol > n-octanol.
