常规仪表改造为集散控制系统的设计原则

摘要 介绍了常规仪表改造为DCS的方式和特点,提出了改造设计与实施中应考虑的重要因素,如DCS改造应适应工厂长远技术发展方向,加强投资保护意识,集中管理和分散控制等。介绍了DCS选型原则和部分改造实例。 Modes and features converting conventional instruments into distributed control system were introduced together with the main factors in revamping design and implementation. It was pointed out that the revamping of DCS should be adapted to the direction of long period technical development of the plant, the consciousness of cost protection, central management and dispersed control etc. should be strengthenal. Rules for selecting DCS were introduced with practical examples.
