成都市某县恶性肿瘤死亡分析

Mortality Analysis of Cancer in a County of Chengdu

目的分析某县2009-2012年间恶性肿瘤死亡水平,为制定防制措施提供依据。方法根据监测数据,对比分析某县2009-2012年全民死因监测数据中被诊断为恶性肿瘤病例的死亡率变化情况。结果 2009-2012年,某县因恶性肿瘤死亡人数共计2 171人,2009-2012年该县人口累计数为122.72万人,恶性肿瘤年平均死亡率为176.91/10万,标化死亡率147.73/10万;男性死亡数1 394人,女性死亡数为777人,男女性恶性肿瘤死亡率分别为228.58/10万和125.13/10万,标化率分别为168.73/10万和124.50/10万。该县在2009-2012年期间,2010年恶性肿瘤死亡率最高,标准化死亡率达157.32/10万;肺癌与肝癌在各恶性肿瘤死因顺位中分别列1、2位,占恶性肿瘤死亡总数的53.77%,死亡率分别为36.99/10万和36.26/10万,标化率分别为31.94/10万和28.08/10万。结论 2009-2012年间,该县恶性肿瘤死亡率比全国第三次死因流调四川省恶性肿瘤死亡率高;肺癌与肝癌的死亡率比全国调查数据高,已成为该县恶性肿瘤中的主要死亡病种,应加以重点防控。

Objective To analyze the mortality rate of cancer in a county of Chengdu from 2009 to 2012,and to provide reference for formulating prevention strategies. Methods Based on monitoring data of cause of death in the whole people in 2009-2012,the mortality rate of cancer were comparatively analyzed. Results During the period,2 171 people died of cancer and the annual average mortality rate was 176. 91 /105,with the standardized mortality 147. 73/105. There were respectively 1 394 males and 777 females died of cancer,with the crude mortality respectively 228. 58 /105and 125. 13 /105,and the standardized mortality 168. 73/105and 124. 50 /105. The mortality rate in 2010 was the highest, reached to 157. 32 /105. The first two leading causes were lung cancer and liver cancer,accounting for 53. 77% of all the cancer deaths,and the mortality rates were respectively 36. 99 /105and 36. 26 /105,and the standardized mortality 31. 94 /105and 28. 08 /105. Conclusion The mortality rate of cancer in the county during 2009-2012 is higher than that of the whole province in the third national mortality epidemiological investigation. The mortality of lung cancer and liver cancer are both higher than national survey data,and becoming the major causes of death in the county,deserving more strengthened prevention efforts.
