摘要
采用液相离子交换法制备了CuY/Beta吸附剂,利用X射线衍射分析(XRD)、傅里叶红外变换光谱仪(FTIR)、N2吸附-脱附、吡啶吸附原位红外(Py-IR)等手段对吸附剂进行了表征。利用间歇静态法和固定床穿透曲线法相结合的手段来考察吸附剂对真实燃料油催化裂化油(FCC)以及加氢脱硫油(HDS)的脱硫性能。实验研究表明,CuY/Beta吸附剂与本实验室前期液相离子交换法制备的CuY吸附剂相比,CuY/Beta吸附剂的表面Lewis(L)酸酸量增多,但其强度减弱。通过对其吸附脱硫性能考察发现,与NaY/Beta复合分子筛和CuY吸附剂相比,CuY/Beta吸附剂对以上两种燃料油表现出更好的吸附脱硫效果。
Sample of CuY/Beta was prepared by modifying a NaY/Beta composite zeolite with a liquid ion-exchange method and characterized by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD ) , N2 adsorption and pyridine infrared spectroscopy (Py-FTIR ) . Desulfurization performance of CuY/Beta for fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) and hydrodesulfurization gasoline were evaluated by a fixed-bed and the intermittent static methods .The results show that the surface Lewis (L ) acidity quantity of CuY/Beta adsorbent increased greatly ,but its strength decreased , with respect to CuY adsorbents witch was prepared by liquid ion exchange method by our lab .CuY/Beta adsorbents for two kinds of fuel oils show greater performance of desulfurization than NaY/Beta and CuY adsorbents .
