摘要
描述了台湾海峡海洋动力环境应急预测系统的基本框架结构,并介绍系统的六个模块:用户管理模块、大气动力、海洋水动力、海浪、搜救和溢油。在数据处理方面采用WRF和ROMS模式提供的预测数据,利用预测的温度和流的数据对任意台湾海峡内发生溢油、污染物泄漏等事件进行快速响应。台湾海峡海洋环境应急预测系统具有功能综合、结合GIS、利用AJAX技术、通过ADO.NET访问WEB数据库等特点,可以为海上发生突发事故采取的应急措施提供帮助。
This paper described the basic frame of the ocean dynamic environmental contingency prediction system of Taiwan Strait,and introduced the six models of this system:user management module,the dynamic of atmosphere module,marine hydrodynamic,wave,rescue and oil spill module.With the forecasting data that processed with WRF and ROMS patterns and the predicting temperature and current data,we managed to quickly respond to oil spills,pollution leaks and any other emergencies that occurred in Taiwan Strait within short time.The ocean dynamic environment contingency prediction system of Taiwan strait has features of functional integration,GIS technology combination,AJAX application,access WEB database through the ADO.NET,and etc.This system provides help for emergency measures during maritime accident.
