针对新造5000 HP AHTS交船运营7个月后艉轴承超温报警故障现象,结合营运状况,仔细分析了其结构型式与故障产生的可能原因。通过拆解检查。找到了故障原因并予以排除,并提出了艉管轴承制造质量建议。

Considering the fault of overtemperature alarm on stern lube bearing of the new 5 000 HP AHTS operationed seven months later, combines with the operating conditions, the paper analyzes its structure and the possible causes of the fault, then through disassembling inspection, digs out the causes and removes the fault. Finally, the proposal for manufacturing quality of stern tube bearing are put forward.
