摘要 为合理规划危险废物回收路径,降低运输可能造成的损失,建立包括客户与回收中心在内的多目标路径优化模型。模型综合考虑危险废物回收的成本与风险因素,将带时间窗的车辆路径优化模型运用到危险废物回收模型中,并对未在规定时间窗内到达的车辆进行惩罚,将惩罚成本计入总成本中。最后,用遗传算法(GA)对模型进行求解。实际算例结果表明,该模型能够求得帕累托最优解集,通过比较分析帕累托解集中的2个解A,B的成本值与风险值,发现B较A多用10.39%的回收费用,但使得回收风险降低了10.92%。 In order to solve the problem of hazardous waste recycling and reduce the loss caused by hazardous waste recycling transportation, a multi-objective path optimization model including recycling center and customers is presented. Both the cost factor and the risk factor are considered in the model comprehen- sively. Vehicle routing problem model with window is applied to this model considering the urgency of the recycling process. Those vehicles that are not arrived on time are punished. The penalty cost is considered into the total cost. At last, GA is used to solve the model and Pareto optimal solutions are acquired. By comparing the cost value and risk value of Pareto solution A and B, it is found that, B has 10.39% more cost than A, but 10.92% lower recycling risk.
