摘要 为保证航空维修检测可靠度,提高维修效率,采用因素设计法,通过试验考察照明条件、板面颜色、检测距离以及检测角度等环境因素对维修人员目视检测结果的影响,用统计方法得出不同条件下95%置信水平的损伤检出概率(POD)。结果表明:为达到更高的POD,检测距离越小越好,照明条件不宜过亮,检测角度以垂直最好;在所考察的影响因素中,距离的影响程度最大,光照和角度次之,板面颜色影响并不大。 In aviation maintenance, environmental factors are essential to visual inspection of compos- ites, which is an important factor in ensuring flight safety. An experimental study is performed by factor design method, taking lighting condition, color of material, distance and angle for inspection as the factors to be considered, to observe their effects on inspection results, manifested as POD, which statistically reflects the level of performance of maintenance staff with 95% confidence. The results under different con- ditions show that to achieve a higher POD, the distance of inspection should be as small as possible, the lighting shouldnt be too bright, and vertical angle of inspection is the best, distance of inspection affects the POD most, followed by lighting condition and angle of inspection, and that color of material has little effect on performance.
