简析热处理工艺、踏面旋修量对动车组车轮疲劳性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 对轮辋淬火热处理过程中对流换热系数以及相变潜热的处理方法进行研究,结合CRH5250车轮轮辋的实测温度曲线计算了轮辋热处理过程的瞬态温度场、瞬态应力场以及热处理结束后车轮的残余应力场。分析了踏面旋修量对残余应力场的影响,分析了踏面旋修量与车轮疲劳性能之间的关系。分析结果表明残余应力和踏面旋修量对车轮疲劳性能有显著影响,设计阶段预先分析热处理工艺对车轮强度的影响,对于保障车轮运用安全可靠具有重要意义。 The treatment methods of convective heat transfer coefficient and transformation latent heat were researched for the rim quenching heat treatment process.Transient temperature and stress strain fields were simulated according to the measured temperature curve of wheel of CRH5-250.And the distribution of wheel's residual stresses has been finished.The influence of tread reprofiling on the residual stresses and the relation between wheel's fatigue property and tread reprofiling have been analyzed.The result shows that residual stresses and tread reprofiling have important role on wheel's fatigue strength.For the safety of using safety,it is important for designer to analysis influence of heat treatment process on wheel strength in advance.
