摘要
广州地铁车辆的EP2002制动系统即将进入大修期,对EP2002阀的大修进行简要的分析与摸索,从自主维修的角度对EP2002阀的内部结构、大修内容、备件更换要求、试验要求、试验设备自主研制等多方面进行分析,为日后实现EP2002阀自主维修以及部件国产化提供素材。
EP2002 brake system of Guangzhou metro vehicle is being in the overhaul period.This paper makes a brief analysis and exploration for the overhaul of EP2002 valves.From the independent maintenance point of view,EP2002 valve＇s internal structure,overhaul content,spare parts replacement demands,test requirements and self-developed test equipments are analyzed,which can provide material for the future independent maintenance and parts localization of EP2002 valves.
