摘要
根据动车组原始故障数据使用SPSS统计动车组的故障类型,分析了故障原因,并使用FMECA分析方法得出了动车组转向架的故障模式、影响及致命性,为设计改进,特别是使用维护提供了有价值的依据。
In view of the original fault data of EMU analyze of the causes and types of the failure for EMU by using SPSS statistical software.By analyzing its failure mode impact and fatal,the fault model for the bogie of EMU is revealed by using FMECA analysis method.It provides valuable basis,for the design improvement,especially use maintenance.
