摘要
对2012年～2013年一个年度的制动故障进行了统计和分析,确认120阀是货车制动系统的风险点;对120阀导致制动故障的危险源进行了分析,提出了消除120阀危险源的措施建议。
This paper conducts statistics and analysis of brake faults occurred from May 2012 to April 2013,confirms that 120-type valve is the risk point for freight wagon＇s brake system,analyzes the root reasons affecting safety of 120-type valve,and puts forwards the measures to eliminate the root reasons affecting safety of 120-type valve.
