摘要
吉林油田1000 m以下的调整井地层稳定性差、井温低、油层渗透率低,在开发过程中的大量注水使地下流体分布难掌握,油、气、水窜问题难以控制,甚至造成固井失败。研制了水泥低温降失水早强剂DWA-Ⅱ。该剂能改善大连A级水泥浆的流动性、降低水泥浆失水量,提高水泥石的早期强度、实现水泥浆稠化曲线呈“直角”。经43口井现场应用表明,DWA-Ⅱ能使水泥浆具有流动性好、低失水、早强、“直角”稠化等特性,使水泥浆和地层及套管间的界面胶结良好,实现有效封窜,明显地提高了固井质量。
Cementing of adjustment wells in Jilin Oilfield is very difficult. failures occur frequently. The causes of poor cementing include complicated geological condition, low well temperature, channeling of oil. gas and water. A early strength agent . DWA- II, for fluid loss control in low temperature is developed. It has the advantages of improving the flow ability of cement slurry, reduce water loss, enhance the early strength of cement, etc. Its application in field is very successful, and the cementing quality is remarkably improved.
