摘要
根据对李氏比重瓶法和甘氏比重瓶法测量误差的分析表明,李氏比重瓶法对温度误差反应较大,即使采用超级恒温水浴,其测量误差仍达0.02—0.03 g/cm^3,而甘氏比重瓶法对温度误差反应较小,它不需高级仪器设备也没有难度大的操作,但却能把测量误差控制在0.007 g/cm^3以内。故建议改用甘氏比重瓶法测量重晶石粉等钻井液加重材料粉末的密度。文内还指出为了减小测量误差,有必要对李氏比重瓶的刻度进行校正,在用甘氏比重瓶法测量之前最好通过误差分析选择一个合适的样品用量。
The analysis to the measurement errors of the two methods, Le's and Gay's density bottle methods show that the Le's method is more sensitive to temperature error, and the measurement error could only be controlled at 0. 02-0. 03 g/cm3 the best; while Gay's method is more accurate and simple, and the measurement error could be controlled within 0. 007 g/cm3. Therefore, the Gay's method is recommended to measure the densities of such fine weighting materials as barite.
