摘要
该热管空气预热器采用长 415 0 m m ,直径为 38m m的无吸液芯、光滑内壁重力辅助式钢 -水热管 ,在热管的外壁烧结了一层耐高温抗低温露点腐蚀的镍铬金属粉沫 ,从而大大提高了热管的使用寿命。
The 4150mm length,diameter 38mm,no absorbing core,smooth inside wall gravitation auxiliary type steel water heat tube is adopted on that heat tube air preheater.A layer of Ni Cr metal powder,which is resistant to high temperature and low temperature dew point corrosion,is sintered on the outside wall of heat tube.So that,the service life of heat tube is increased greatly.
