摘要
制备了一种新的耐高温双马来酰亚胺树脂体系,它主要由两种单体共聚而成,一种是商品化的4,4′-双马来酰亚胺基-二笨甲烷,另一种是自己合成的烯丙基双酚A。本文重点研究了该树脂的溶解性及反应性,固化树脂的耐热性和力学性能。结果表明,树脂有良好的溶解性和在常温下有很好的粘性等特点,固化树脂具有优良的力学性能和耐热性。
A new high temperature bismale imide resin system has been developed. It is formed by copolymerizing two constituents, one is a commericial product, 4, 4- bismaleimidodiphenyl-methane, the other is diallybispheool A, it is synthesized by ourselves. This paper deals with the solubility and curing reaction of the resin, as well as thermal stability and mechanical property of the cured resin. The result shows that resin has good solubility and viscid at room temperature and the cured resin has excellent thermal stability and mechanical properties.
