摘要
通过对三段式盘根密封实际情况进行分析 ,得出了密封泄漏和轴局部磨损较大的原因 ,并通过理论分析和计算加以验证 ,提出了克服这一缺点的改进方法 ,提高了盘根密封的可靠性。
By means of analysis on actual situation of three stage type packing sealing,the reasons of sealing leakage and considerable local wear on shaft are obtained.Through verification by use of theoritical analysis and calculation,the improvements for eliminating this shortcomings are presented.The reliability of packing sealing is increased.it has certain directive meaning to solve the similar engineering actual problem.
