摘要
重油催化裂化装置中压油浆蒸汽发生器因管板出现裂纹而报废的情况 ,近几年来在国内炼油厂中频频发生 ,笔者结合胜利油田石油化工总厂 3台油浆蒸汽发生器管板的裂纹情况对蒸汽发生器发生裂纹的原因进行了分析 ,并就如何避免裂纹的产生提出了几点建议。
The abandonment of intermediate pressure slurry steam generator in heary oil calalytic unit,caused by tubesheet fissure,occured offten in domestic refinery in recent year.In combination with bissure situation occured on 3 sets slurry steam generator in our refinery,the author analized the occuring fissure reason of steam generator,and proposed some suggestions to avoid the fissure.
