构建当前中国社会诚信体系是一项系统性工作,其中如诚信精神、法规体系、监督机构、社会协调、政府主导等社会诚信体系的诸多内在环节是构建社会诚信体系的基础。同时作为社会诚信体系这一总系统的主要组成部分,政府诚信系统、公众诚信系统、行业诚信系统以及个人诚信系统等四大子系统之间相互制约,共同形成了一套完整的运行机制,促进中国特色社会诚信体系的建设与发展。

Constructing Social Credit System is a systematic work which includes many internal links, such as credit spirit, legal framework, supervisory body, social coordination and government guidance. These links act as the basis for constructing social credit system. As the main component parts of the total System of Social Credit, the government credit subsystems, public credit subsystems, industry credit subsystems and individual credit subsystems restrict each other and form a complete set of operating mechanism for promoting the establishment and development of Social Credit System with Chinese characteristics
