摘要
外来手术器械规范化管理是确保手术无感染发生的重要保障。通过完善器械管理制度、规范器械及人员准入管理、规范器械环节使用流程、建立质量追溯系统等措施,可保证外来器械的清洗灭菌质量及使用安全。
Through improvement of management regimes, standardization of flow path, standardized and centralized dispose of external surgical instruments in the disinfection supply center, and establishment of quality tracing system, the quality of cleaning, disinfecting, sterilizing of external surgical instruments and its safety use was ensured, which ensured no nosocomial infection was occurred in operation with external surgical instruments.
