Based on the stakeholder theory, the paper analyzed the pros and cons of multi - site practice, proposed a series of measures, including improvement of laws, deepening heahh system reform, strengthening supervision and management, updating hospital management mode and strengthening medical ethics, in order to promote the policy of physicians＇multi -site practice in China.
