摘要
目的探索建立科学、合理的医院员工满意度调查表。方法借鉴当前国内外满意度评价量表,结合国内医院实际情况,运用逐层分析法、关键驱动因素分析法、市场调研法、四象限分析技术等,确定影响医院员工满意度的主要指标、权重及调查方式。结果构建了包括10项一级指标、42项二级指标的医院员工满意度评价指标体系,并进行了实际工作成效诊断,提出了改进方向。
Objective To establish a scientific questionnaire of hospital employee satisfaction. Method The current domestic and international experience and results of establishing satisfaction assessment system was applied. Combined with actual situation in China, methods like layer - by - layer analysis, key driver analysis, market research method and quadrant analysis were adopted to determine the indicators, weight and investigation method on satisfaction level of hospital employee. Result An index system was built consisting of 10 first class indicators, 42 second class indicators, which included diagnosis of actual effectiveness and suggestions for improvement.
