摘要
从组织架构、工作机制、调解程序、服务模式等4方面,介绍了上海市杨浦区医患纠纷第三方调解机制的主要做法。实践证明,医患纠纷第三方调解有一定成效,但也存在退休人员多、协同协调机制不完善等问题。
Main approaches on third - party mediation mechanism in medical dispute in Yangpu District of Shanghai were introduced from four aspects： organizational structure, working mechanism, mediation process, and service model. Practice had proved that third - party medical dispute mediation had a certain effect, but problems, including many retirees, imperfect collaborative coordination mechanism, also existed.
