摘要
目的了解，临床用血情况，分析临床用血变化趋势，为做好血源管理提供参考。方法对盐城市2009年～2012年医疗机构临床用血数据进行统计分析。结果全血用量逐年减少；红细胞类、血浆类年用量增长率逐步下降，2012年较上一年均呈负增长；血小板、冷沉淀用量逐年增加，且增长幅度较大。结论临床医生用血观念正逐步向科学、合理用血转变。血站需继续采取有效措施，合理采集血液，制备血液成分，满足临床用血需求。
Objective To investigate clinical use of blood, analyze trends in clinical use of blood, and provide evidence for blood management. Method During 2009 to 2012, data on clinical use of blood in medical institutions in Yancheng City were analyzed. Result The amount of whole blood use decreased by year; the growth rate of annual consumption on erythrocytes and plasma declined gradually, and negative growth was found in 2012 compared with that of the last year; the use of platelets and cryoprecipitate increased by year with great increase. Conclusion Clinicians＇ concept on blood use became gradually scientific and rational. Blood center needed to continue take effective measures for the reasonable collection of blood and blood components preparation, to ensure clinical use of blood.
