生物反馈放松训练用于颌面外科清醒盲探插管

Biofeedback relaxation training used for awake blind tracheal intubation in maxillofacial surgery

目的 为生物反馈放松训练应用于清醒盲探插管提供数据资料。方法 选择 6 0例 ASA1～ 2级颌面外科病人 ,随机等分为两组。实验组于手术前 1周进行生物反馈放松训练 ,对照组不做放松训练。观察比较两组在清醒盲探插管过程中的 OAA/ S score、BIS、EMG、HR、MAP、RR和 Sp O2 变化。结果 (1)实验组在操作开始后各时间点上 OAA/ S score、BIS和EMG较前呈显著下降 ,并明显低于对照组 ;(2 )实验组的 MAP和 HR无明显改变 ,对照组在操作中 MAP和 HR均有明显升高。结论 生物反馈放松训练应用于清醒盲探插管 ,具有良好的心理 -生理调控效果 ,方法简便 ,值得推广。

Objective To provide clinical data of biofeedback relaxation training used for awake blind tracheal intubation Methods 60 healthy (ASA 1～2) elective maxillofacial surgical patients were randomly divided into the test group and the control group with each group 30 cases Before operation,the test group had been administered biofeedback relaxation training for a week The control group were not done the training To observe the changes of the observer assessment alertness/sedation score(The OAA/S score),bispectral analysis of electroencephalogram (BIS), electromyogram(EMG),mean artery pressure (MAP), heart rate (HR), respiration rate (RR) and blood oxygen saturation of pulse (SpO 2) in the two groups during intubation Results (1) The OAA/S score,BIS and EMG decreased obviously in the test group during intubation than before the training ,and they were significantly lower than that at the same time in the control group;(2)There was no change in MAP and HR in the test group MAP and HR increased significantly during intubation in the control group Conclusion It is simple,effective and worthy of wide clinical application that biofeedback relaxation training is used in psychology physiology adjustment for awake blind tracheal intubation
