韶钢通过设备改进及工艺优化,产品实现了从普通钢向特殊钢的转型,在42CrMo钢的冶炼过程中采取转炉高拉碳、精炼渣系优化、真空脱气等工艺措施,并在连铸工序对连铸参数进行控制,最终生产出性能等方面完全满足客户高质量要求的42CrMo钢。
By equipment improvement and process optimization, SGIS has realized the change from ordinary ear- bon steel to special steel product. The paper describes the production of 42CrMo steel by taking process measures of high carbon withdrawal in the process of converter melting, secondary refining slag system optimization and vacuum de- gassing, process parameter control during continuous casting, with all properties satisfying the customers＇ requirements on higher quality.
