摘要
介绍上海生物制品研究所有限责任公司某车间冷冻水二次泵系统,对该系统进行了详细的功率、流量、压力测试,发现该二次泵系统存在旁通流量大,水泵控制方式落后等问题,并针对这些问题进行了二次泵系统的节能改造。经过测试,改造的节能效果显著,对类似实际工程有较好的借鉴意义。
This paper first gives a brief introduction of secondary chilled water pump system of a workshop in Shanghai Institute of biological products. Then a detailed test of the system, including power, flow rate, pressure showed some problems, such as serious bypass, outdated control method. Finally, some corresponding rebuilding was carried out, and showed significant energy-saving effect. This study has a good meaningful reference on practical engineering.
