外输原油含水质量和计量准确度是考核采油厂原油交接的重要指标之一。论述了利用在线检测净化油含水率 ,在线标定含水分析仪和罗茨流量计 ,在线检测外输原油压力和温度参数 ,对原油密度进行实时温度修正 ,实现外输原油自动检测微机化计量的新工艺和新方法。该装置经现场试验应用表明 ,使用效果良好 ,外输原油计量准确度有了较大提高 ,采油厂原油交接指标得到有效监控 ,经济效益和社会效益显著。

This article discusses on\|line detecting the water cut in purified oil,on\|line proving water cut analyser and Roots flowmeter,on\|line detecting t he temperature and pressure parameters of out\|transpontation crude and carrying on real time temperature revision for density of crude to realize the new techn ology and new method of automatic detecting and microcomputerization metering fo r out\|transportation crude.
