摘要
低温管道宜采用堆积型复合保冷结构 ,其各层厚度应以年总工作费用最低为优化目标 ,以保冷结构外表面不结露及各层界面温度不超过外层允许使用的最低温度为约束条件 ,采用优化设计方法确定。优化设计计算得到的保冷结构每米年总工作费用比常规设计降低 60 %以上。
Pile up type complex cold retention is suitable for using in cold r etention pipelines.Taking the lowest annual working cost for thickness of variou s tier as the optimum aim,and taking the outsurface doesn't dewing and the tempe rature of various interface doesn't exceed the allowing lowest temperature of th e outtier as the restraint,the structure is detrimined with optimization.Compare d with the routine design the cold retention design optimization annu al working cost decreases over 60%.
