摘要
从当前公共体育服务体系研究的现状和问题出发,以公共性为视角对公共体育服务体系进行探讨.研究认为:公共体育服务体系公共性的基础是公共体育服务的公共性;公共体育服务体系具有公共性的表征;公共体育服务体系的目标是保障公共体育服务的公共性;公共体育服务体系的功能在于实现公共体育服务的公共性.
The research began with the study of public sports service system status and problems, and the publicity of sports service system was discussed. The publicity of public sports services was the basis of sports service system, the public service system had the characteristic of publicity, public sports service system aimed to safeguard the publicity of public sports services, and the function of public sports service system was to achieve the publicity of public sports services.
