海藻糖应用于人类成熟卵母细胞玻璃化冷冻研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨海藻糖的应用能否改善人成熟卵母细胞玻璃化冷冻效果、提高冻融后卵母细胞的发育潜能。方法从该中心IVF/ICSI治疗的病人中经知情同意获取卵母细胞248枚,随机分成四组:显微注射海藻糖组(A组)、细胞外海藻糖组(B组)、常规蔗糖组(C组)、新鲜对照组(D组)。卵母细胞复苏后,所有存活卵母细胞均行卵胞浆内单精子显微注射(ICSI),观察各组卵母细胞冻融后存活率、受精率、卵裂率、囊胚率、优质胚胎率、优质囊胚率。结果 A、B、C三组存活率、优质胚胎率、囊胚率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),A组受精率、卵裂率、优质囊胚率高于B组和C组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中与B组受精率、卵裂率差异极显著(P<0.01),与C组卵裂率差异极显著(P<0.01);B组与C组存活率、受精率、卵裂率、优质胚胎率、囊胚率、优质囊胚率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组与D组优质胚胎率、优质囊胚率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组及C组与D组受精率、卵裂率、优质胚胎率、优质囊胚率差异极显著(P<0.01)。结论海藻糖作为细胞内冷冻保护剂似乎能够改善人卵母细胞玻璃化冷冻效果及冻融后卵母细胞发育潜能。
