局部煤层气抽放与永久抽放系统并网技术

摘要 我国大部分煤田属高瓦斯煤气田 ,在煤炭开采时 ,煤层中的煤层气 (瓦斯 )将大量释放到开采空间 ,造成严重的安全隐患 ,因此 ,煤层气抽放是高瓦斯矿井解决煤炭开采时瓦斯超限的主要技术措施。我国很多矿井建立了地面永久煤层气抽放系统 ,以解决煤炭开采安全问题 ,同时 ,又可将抽放出来的煤层气作为化工原料和燃气用于居民。本文在理论分析局部煤层煤层气抽放与地面永久抽放系统并网时管道煤层气流动规律的基础上 ,提出了局部抽放系统与永久抽放系统有效并网的条件和技术关键 ,分析了局部煤层气抽放与永久抽放实施有效并网的技术措施和效果 ,为今后煤层气局部抽放的合理利用提供了有益的途径。 A greater part of the coal fields in China belongs in the coal field with high gas content.In the process of mining,the coal-bed gas in the coal beds will release in the sky over the mining area,causing serious potential safety hazard.Therefore,the coal-bed gas drainage is the main technical measure to solve the overstepping permissible gas concentration in the mines with high gas content in the process of mining.In China,many mines have been equipped with permanent surface coal-bed drainage system to guarantee safety in production,and,at the same time,the drained coal-bed gas can be used as industrial chemicals or fuel.In this paper,on the basis of theoretically analyzing the pipeline coal-bed gas flow law while the partial coal-bed gas drainage is incorporated into permanent surface drainage system,the condition and key technique for effectively incorporating partial drainage system into permanent one are presented and the technical measures and effect for effectively incorporating partial gas drainage into permanent one are analyzed,providing a valuable way for rational utilization of the drained gas in the future.
