阐述了柱稳式平台的穗性衡准要求,以某深海半潜式钻井平台的稳性计算为例,研究了其完整稳性和破损穗性的分析方法,对风倾力矩、进水点、许用重心高度等技术要点进行了深入探讨,并提出了提高半潜式钻井平台稳性的措施。
